Your information is used strictly for: Nomination Validation and Vetting; Communication regarding your application status, ceremony logistics, and results; Generating the physical and e-certificate/award with your name, photo, and achievement content; Archival and record-keeping required by law; Promotional and Recognition Purposes (with explicit or implied consent upon submission, relating to sharing successful nominee stories).

Information Sharing

We share personal information only when necessary: Service Providers (Payment processors, IT vendors, Courier services for certificates); Legal Requirements (when mandated by law or court order).
